What does the COVID Protection Framework look like at ŌCASA?
ŌCASA will remainopenunderRed,OrangeandGreen settings of the framework;
We do notrequirevaccinepasses to access our service;
ŌCASA workers are not required to be vaccinated unless they are covered by a mandatory Public Health Order; and
Robust health and hygiene protocols must be followed at all times.
RED
At Red Phase 3 setting we will be offering some face to face appointments. We are unable to see you in person if you are unwell. Please contact your ŌCASA support worker to discuss alternative options. We will continue to follow all necessary health and hygiene protocols to keep all visitors and staff safe.
If you have a face-to-face appointment:
Our appointment times will be staggered;
Clients and visitors will be screened in the 24 hours prior to entry;
Clients and visitors are required to wear face covering within space, if you are able to;
Please ring the buzzer when you arrive;
Please arrive and wait in your pre-arranged 5-minute window;
Please bring your own water bottle and pens/ pencil case.

ORANGE
We have some face-to-face appointments available in the Orange setting. We are unable to see you in person if you are unwell. Please contact your ŌCASA support worker to discuss alternative options. If you have a face-to-face appointment:
