We do notrequirevaccinepasses to access our service;
ŌCASA workers are not required to be vaccinated unless they are covered by a mandatory Public Health Order; and
Robust health and hygiene protocols must be followed at all times.
In order to protect the safety of our visitors and staff, ŌCASA’s office will be closed and all staff will be working remotely.
We will still be able to provide support to you via telephone and/or Zoom.
Your key worker will offer you an individualised plan to identify and reduce any barriers you may experience.

We have some face-to-face appointments available in the Orange setting. We are unable to see you in person if you are unwell. Please contact your ŌCASA support worker to discuss alternative options. If you have a face-to-face appointment:
Our appointment times will be staggered;
Clients and visitors will be screened in the 24 hours prior to entry;
Clients and visitors are required to wear face covering within space, if you are able to;
Please ring the buzzer when you arrive;
Please arrive and wait in your pre-arranged 5-minute window;
Contract Tracing is required, please scan QR code or complete a contact tracing formuponarrival; and
Please bring your own water bottle and pens/ pencil case.
